All work will be carried out as specified and quoted. Defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship within twelve months of practical completion will be rectified free of charge. As members of the British Decorators Association the company undertakes in every respect to comply with the Association's 'Code of Practice' which has been registered with the Office of Fair Trading. A copy of the Association's 'Code of Practice' is available upon request from the company. Should our service fail to give satisfaction the client is requested to make prompt representation to us The Association provides a client advisory service with concilliation and arbitration arrangements available to help resolve any disputes which rise between member firms and their clients.
